About this space
Mid-century modern meets glam in this fully equipped 1,513 sqft, two story, 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath townhome. Our guests will find a fully stocked kitchen with pantry, a gorgeous bar cart for the mixologist, stylish private patio with fire pit and grill island equipped with 4 burners, side sear station and ice bucket. Smart home options available for the tech savvy. We are just a mile walk away from the Giants spring training stadium and the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
The space
Our townhome is on the corner providing a private feel in our quiet community. Directly out the front door is a green area with a path that leads to the community pool. Off the back patio is a covered carport with two dedicated parking spots. We are within walking distance or a 5 min share ride to all Old Town has to offer. Enjoy some of the best Scottsdale restaurants, nightclubs, wine tasting, local breweries, coffee shops, ice cream shops, art galleries, as well as an array of boutique shopping!
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire townhouse and patio. The exterior utility shed and one interior closet are locked for supplies and safety.
Other things to note
Our guests may take advantage of high-speed internet. The downstairs smart television is equipped with a Roku sound bar, Hulu Live and Netflix. The master bedroom and the first guest room upstairs both include a smart tv as well. In the kitchen you will find an Alexa Echo Show where you can interact with the Virtual Concierge, access an online Guide Book, look for recipes or watch Netflix. Our home includes a custom pantry and full in-unit washer and dryer.

This quiet townhouse community is home to many full time residents. Please refrain from loud parties and be respectful of our neighbors and the community's shared spaces. Thank you!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

No illegal substances are permitted onsite. Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited both inside the home and on the patio.
No Pets. If pet hair or evidence of pets are found, will charge $500 pet fee plus costs incurred for any additional deep clean, hair removal, damage.
QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. Parties are not permitted.

Amazing Place!!

Great place to stay out, close to all the entertainment and restaurants. The place is clean and easy to get too. The inside of the property is updated and amazing. Thank you for all of the cards and board games, my friends enjoyed playing uno and tic tac toe during our stay. I would stay here again if I visited Scottsdale.

I had a good monthlong stay at Kristina’s place. It was equipped with everything that I needed. There was a little bit of issue with some of the kitchen supplies, but she was able to get everything repaired. The neighborhood is quiet and the place was very clean. I would book with her again.

Spring Training

We loved our stay in this home. The home owners attention to detail is the best we’ve experienced. Very detailed check in instructions/information. Fresh coffee bar with grinder, cupboard filled with things you may have forgotten. They have literally thought of everything. Comfortable beds, amazing showers and Walking distance to the Scottsdale stadium and Old Town. We will definitely be returning!
