Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale! Our townhome is just 1/2 mile from Old Town where you’ll find countless restaurants, bars, shopping, and so much more!!! You can walk to so many great places here! Our townhome is truly in the center of it all! We also have peek-a-boo views of Camelback Mountain from our patio, as well as clear views from 2 of the bedrooms! It’s a quiet townhome community that has lots of charm too!
What makes this property unique
We designed our property with a 1970s theme! We wanted to create a place that really immerses us and our guests into another time and place, while also having all of the amenities and luxuries that we love. Our home provides many unique gathering spots too - from the living room to the dining room and kitchen area - our downstairs is truly open concept that allows for intimate gatherings. Our community has a pool and we wanted to make our patio area extra welcoming and inviting by adding a private hot tub! Our patio is like a little oasis where you can spend lots of quality time with family and friends, and enjoy the hot tub under the stars! There is plenty of space for everyone!
