Enjoy your stay in a quiet neighborhood home filled with local memorabilia just minutes from downtown, museums, and historic district. Take a tour of the city with maps provided. Plan to visit award winning museums, historic architecture from the Oil Boom of the '30s, and some of the best food in East Texas.

There is a small house in the back of the property that houses a tennant who is usually available if there is a problem. The back yard is shared but separated by a tall privacy fence.
Also, the back yard is not fully fenced at this time.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the towels in the washing machine using pods provided. Put used sheets in the laundry basket in the laundry room.
Gather trash and place in blue bins in the driveway.
Please clean up after your pet - both inside and outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Enjoyed our family time

There is a home in backyard so it’s not completely private (that should be In description) and couldn’t let the dog off the leash because the fence is not secure but overall we enjoyed our families time.

This house was perfect for our visit with our girl at LETU. Her and her friends were able to gather with us for dinner. Then her and a couple of friends got to stay with us to take a weekend break from dorm life. House is very roomy and comfortable.

A Texas Escape

An awesome house in a lovely neighborhood. Heard doves and our dog(s) had plenty of room. Um, as we arrived with one and left with two - the pickup was the purpose of our visit to Texas. Staying here was like staying with family or friends. SO much better than a hotel. Will definitely return, given the opportunity.
