Villa 255 Getty BuildingThis is a beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bath Villa located in the oceanfront Villas by the Sea Resort. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies. The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge.
As you enter our villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door that leads to a balcony. We have wood flooring throughout. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed, TV and an attached bath with a shower only. On the second level you will find 2 bedrooms -- one bedroom has a king bed, TV, and an attached private balcony; the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. On this level there is also a shared hall bathroom. THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards. Nearest Beach Boardwalk Crossover: Villas By The Sea BoardwalkACCOMMODATES: 6***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday InnNOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. Nice time!

Nice time with family even with the rain. Clean and like what pictures/descriptions of the property. Some suggestions that maybe will be helpful in the kitchen: hand towels and hot plates and blankets in the living room as it’s getting cold! Also WiFi access wasn’t communicated clearly but the host is easily accessible! Overall stay is very good!
