Enjoy a romantic getaway at this cozy home.
Roaming back yard with grand, multi-level stone patio with lighting. On extra chilly nights or weather-challenged days, fire up the wood stove and relax with a glass of wine. Within walking distance to a private beach and Rocky Neck State Park, or use our parking pass for one of the GNHA beach parking spots! The backyard abuts a nature preserve with several walking paths. 3 miles from Niantic Main Street, boardwalk, restaurants, breweries, shops, marinas, and museums. Niantic is a charming village center within the greater Town of East Lyme.

If a longer-term stay for work is what you are interested in, we are close to Electric Boat, US Subase- Groton, Millstone Nuclear Plant, Yale-New Haven Health, Hartford Health, and many more! Significant discounts available. Please inquire!
