House was very clean and extremely well stocked. Fenced in outdoor area had lots of space for dogs to play. Location was in a nice quiet area but less then a mile from local parks, wineries and breweries. The city of Loveland was amazing and also located close enough to other areas we went to (Fort Collins, Estes Park, RMNP and Golden). Caught a few trout at nearby Carter Lake. Host was very responsive when we had one or two questions. Would definitely rebook again next year when visiting family again. (Sunset view from backyard attached)

Peaceful and Comfortable

Great, clean and spacious place close to downtown Loveland! We really enjoyed our stay! The table may be a little bit small for more than 4 people; that being said I definitely recommend this place!

Great place!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway to visit our daughter that attends CSU. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like we were in the country with a beautiful Mountain View. Our dogs loved the dog toy basket and the completely fenced in yard was perfect for them to get their energy out. We will definitely choose this place again for future visits to the Loveland area!

Stay with a view of the Rockies

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very clean and spacious. The view of the Rockies from the breakfast table was spectacular. The hosts communicated quickly and replied promptly to things we needed. If you want a spacious and relaxing place to stay this is your place.

Very nice clean comfy quiet!

Beds comfy enjoyed our morning coffee before we went hiking with our dogs. Love its pet friendly. Cooked all our meals there. Like the furniture outside and the front porch.

Great, Quiet place to stay

Very Clean. We like cooking our own meals so my only request would be to have more stuff to cook with in the kitchen. I would recommend it as a place to stay. If we come back next year I'm hoping it is available

Very nice place. Located perfect for the events we were attending. Pet friendly for sure, but yard needs mowed for animals to go out.. Host was very friendly, and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recomend staying here.

The property was amazing. There were a couple of things that were a little dusty, but overall it was great. Mark, one of the owners, came to introduce himself. He was very friendly and pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

Nice country spot, but near enough to town to be convenient. Wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom with handheld shower. 2 steps down to living room, but kitchen, bedroom and bath on entry level. Appreciate dogs being allowed.

Perfect house for friends and family to gather

This property was a perfect place for my girlfriends and MIL to stay for the Blue Sky marathon. We all had our own beds, 4 adults, and it was large enough for us to do yoga together. It was also a nice option to be able to bring dogs as there is a great fenced in yard. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Its location is perfect. Close to trails, shopping, and Ft Collins without being in the middle of it.

Excellent Experience

This was a wonderful place to stay while attending my seminar. I loved how close it was to everything, yet it has a very private feeling. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Although we didn't need any help, I got the impression it was readily available as we had multiple cell phone numbers to call and the manager lived next door and introduced himself on the second day there.

We had a lovely stay. The house is super clean and has cooking utensils galore. It is a good property if you have dogs as the yard is fully fenced. The manager is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
