Great place

This place was nice and tidy when I arrived. Gated and covered parking is hard to beat so 11/10 for that alone. Would recommend to anyone needing a little spot central to most of the fun in CO Springs!

It's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown Colorado Springs. The cottage was clean, well maintained and complete with amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Colorado Springs Vacation

The cottage is a nice place for 2 people. It is tucked away among some others homes. I loved the covered parking and the outside area. It is within walking distance to some good restaurants. Would stay again

Perfect cottage getaway

This place was perfect! No complaints. Super convenient location in walking distance to tons of restaurants and cute shops. Loved the little fire pit and the grill was a plus as well. Really clean. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Cozy Little Home

Ms. Melanie, was a wonderful hostess. Answered quickly for any questions we may have had. Perfect little place in town, truly not far from most attractions and it’s nestled in between houses(hidden). Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Misrepresentation of the property. She has a window unit air conditioner directly over the bed. This is not in her pictures. The place smells of dogs horribly. It absolutely stinks. The place is falling apart, floor boards coming up walls cracked. She actually had the nerve to suggest i get the insurance. Thats hysterical like how could this place get worse. She is perfect example of why these companies will never compete with hotels. VRBO should take her down or make her reduce her rate to 50 dollars a night.

I’m sorry this guest felt dissatisfied, but I want to reassure future travelers that my property is accurately represented in the photos and description. The window AC unit was added for guest comfort during warmer months, and the home is thoroughly cleaned between stays. I also have many 5-star reviews from past guests who have enjoyed their stays here, which I believe better reflects the experience I provide. While I respect that everyone’s preferences are different, this review does not reflect the quality or hospitality I consistently offer.
