Communication with the owner was prompt. He offered very helpful information about the local area. His home was thoughtfully appointed, extremely clean, and spacious. The hot tub was a really fun bonus. I would highly recommend this property. We stayed with another family, 11 people total, and enjoyed our stay very much. :)

We had a wonderful stay in Atlanta! The host was very accommodating, and the home had plenty of space for our whole family. The location was excellent with easy access to downtown ATL. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great place to stay

My family and my daughter in laws family stayed at Joel’s beautiful home for our weekend in Atlanta. The home is spacious, attractive and clean. The neighborhood was charming, and Joel was very accommodating and great at communicating. We’re very happy we stayed there.

This property was perfect for me and my buddies to have a weekend getaway. The parking situation worked for us, the beds were comfortable, the decoration was very nice, and all together this was one of my best short term rental experiences. Unexpectedly Wonderful

I loved this home. It is as pictured. The check in process was very easy. The communications was a determining factor as to whether I chose to stay here. The communication was on time, quick and prompt responses and patience with all the questions that I had. I would stay at this home again. It was very clean and pristine. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to stay. It was an amazing experience.

The house was nice and very spaceous but I was disappointed with the cleaning. l would recommend your cleaners be more thorough when cleaning, especially the bathrooms/mirrors and floors. You have alot of places to sit outside but the outdoor chairs/swing cushion were dirty. I did like the multi beds in each bedroom to accommodate large familes but I would suggest putting mirrors in ALL the bedrooms and opening up the closet in the upstairs bedroom so you can have some where to hang your clothes.The hot tub is a nice size(great for large families) and the sun room with the pingpong table was a nice touch. The house was very cool with the hot weather, which was nice, and the host was very prompt in addressing our concerns.Over all we enjoyed our stay in the house and had a great time in Atlanta. Thank you
