Visit Boston Common, Freedom Trail, Fenway Park, Quincy Market & more! The perfect place for family & friends, you will love this private retreat in Auburndale!

*Please note that this is a duplex with two separate entrances to each unit.

Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private getaway built in 1895 contains two apartments with traditional floor plans, modern kitchens, dining areas, dedicated workspaces, and a living rooms with 65” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchens with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living rooms includes a comfy sleeper sofas for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, an open backyard, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

The heating system will only be available in October until the end of April, or the beginning of May.

Laundry machines are not available for guest use at this time, however there is a local laundromat nearby about 1.2 miles away.

Start your day with Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Bruegger's Bagels, or a local favorite The Knotty Pine a short walk away!

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Such a nice place for a local family gathering

7 family members from Baltimore, Wawatosa, Covina and Santa Barbara shared these wonderful units and visited with with other family members who were nearby (about a mile and a half away) for four days. Very much enjoyed the visit and the accommodations......

Great place near downtown Boston

We enjoyed our stay in this perfect home ! Everything as described and all amenities clean and cozy. The hosts were great with responding to any questions. Close to the train station and has several close options for food and necessities. We would recommend this home for families or just to have a nice private home to enjoy.

Great for our large group. The separated space for the early to bed crowd vs the night owls was great! Comfy, clean, easy to get into the city.

Clean and cute

This location was great for my family of 10, it was 2 apartments ( upstairs and main floor), it was close to some good restaurants, pharmacy…. Coffee was supplied, some of the beds were comfortable, others a little soft for some. But all in all a great experience. Thank you.

Nice place near downtown Boston

The units located in a residential area. Units were extremely clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Keurig coffee maker (actually makes hot coffee). Complimentary coffee, creamer, assorted of teas, and sugar. Units located walking distant to a grocery store, eateries, etc. Bus line steps away to take you into downtown Boston. I would suggest checking out Lyft/Uber driver for it was about the same price for four people. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch talking about the eventful fun day we had while watching the cars go by.

Good place, just as listed

We had a great stay in this home. Close enough to walk to some good restaurants/shops. Quick drive to central Boston. The interior is just as pictured in the VRBO listing. Normally I wouldn't book a place with no reviews, but thankfully this one worked out great. Check in codes worked great until our last night when they were prematurely changed. We were able to reach the Plushy management in Arizona, who contacted the owner. It was late at night, but the owner was friendly and got us into the house. We were given an extra hour to check out in exchange for the inconvenience. Great place for a group that wants to be close, but not THAT close.
