Keep it simple at this peaceful, very clean and centrally-located place. Waterfront 2bdrm 2 bath home w/ open floor layout. All new appliances, WiFi, sound system to stream music inside/outside from phone, whole house a/c, plenty of parking for a trailer on this 1 acre lot!

1 mile to center of Alex Bay main street. Nearby walking trail + short walk to park/swings for kids.

Large deck overlooks the water while providing lots of privacy. 100' of boat dock can accommodate up to 30" draft.

Kayaks, peddle boat & outdoor grill available for use.

Cozy waterfront thousand islands Alexander Bay

The home was beautiful clean had everything you needed. The views were beautiful. Also, we really enjoyed ourselves close to bolt castle boat cruise downtown had some nice restaurants again we really enjoyed would stay again.

Alex Bay Paradise

Two friends and I spent a four day weekend at Yuri's oasis. It's an absolutely spectacular house. It is centrally located perfectly just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Alex Bay right on the St Lawrence river. You can sip coffee on the MASSIVE deck that overlooks the river while watching the freighters traverse the river. The house is spotless and is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, you can sleep at least 6 people comfortably. It's a perfect multi function place. Our priority was relaxation and fishing and the 100ft dock was perfect for our boat in the small protected inlet just off the main shipping channel. There is a marina roughly 200 yards down the road for easy boat launch. Tons of parking on the propery for a boat trailer. If fishing isn't a priority for you the house is perfect for families looking for access to everything the 1000 islands has to offer. It's spacious and homey while being completely modern. This is roughly my 15th stay in the 1000 islands region and Yuri's home ranks first on my list as best places I have been. I could not recommend more.
