It comfortably sleeps 6 adults with all the finishings one could need, and offers immediate beach access, a private community pool that is seasonally heated and is nearby to great local shopping and restaurants. Or stay in and just enjoy the views lounging on this 6th floor balcony, or relax in the primary suite's large jetted tub.

The location, building and unit layout met expectations. However, the unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. All of the linen required to be washed prior to use.

Gorgeous Beach View From Our Relaxing, Spacious Condo

We stayed at this condo for a week with 5 people including 2 small kiddos. The first day, we reported the tv was broken to Josiah, and he replaced it immediately. He was very helpful and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. We loved this rental and would highly recommend!

A/C issues

The A/C in our unit was controlled by the owner and never allowed it to go under 75. On our last night the air was completely turned off. With 90 degree weather and high humidity made it unenjoyable. The pantry was also filled with owner belongings Which made it very frustrating for storing our food. The balcony and view of ocean were amazing!

Sorry you felt this way. You reached out and we stated we would get someone to look at the unit. You said everything was fine. When multiple people are running in and out during the hot months or leaving doors open it can be harder for the ac to keep up. We made suggestions to you, also stated we would have it looked at you declined. It was looked at after your stay with the technician saying everything was working properly. All we can do is make recommendations to help keep the unit at it's best. I've also reached out as a cart that is used to bring supplies from the main floor to the unit was broken. There are photos of it on the building security cams, I hope to get this resolved with you.

Overall a Positive Experience

Only a few cons: the furnishings are dated and not the cleanest. The fabric of the chairs and couches are visibly dirty. The TVs are old and not smart TVs so we couldn’t use any of our streaming services. The main bed was uncomfortable. The person who shares the garage kept parking in the middle, rendering our parking spot useless. Everything else was a pro: the condo was spacious. The location was great. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. It was a short walk to the beach. Communication wasn’t necessary while we were there because access codes and everything worked as expected.
