Wonderful stay, centralized location!

As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Very organized, wonderful cleaning supplies selection, accessible to guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as expected. A good value. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Neighborhood is working class but very quiet. The dogs enjoyed the fenced front yard.

Excellent choice

This location was near lots of things such as Garden of the Gods, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Easy on and off of freeway too. The neighborhood is quiet. I was able to sit outside and rest from a long day of activities. Everything I needed was in this house. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had.

One and not done

This was my first experience with Vrbo and house rental like hotel stay. This was awesome. I will do it again. This place was cozy and we had a great time. I prefer this type of living arrangement since hotels and their service is never enjoyable nowadays. We saw a herd of deer going through the neighborhood and it was close to the highway. It was efficient and good price for what we had.

Great place for exploring Colorado & Manitou Springs!

This was my first ever VRBO experience, and I loved this place! Close by the highway for fast access, grocery stores and gas stations. The neighborhood is quiet, we actually saw several deer just walking around town. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and we were so glad he could stay with us here! Lots of included amenities we appreciated: the smart TV was wonderful+ stereo sound. Also having a washer & dryer there was great. I loved having places to eat within walking distance if I didn't want to drive. And when I did drive, everything was around 15 minutes away on average - awesome! I really appreciated the prompt & kind communication from the owners. Thank you again !!

Great location,clean but serious R&R are needed.

Needs some maintenance,most concerning plugged in my cell to charge, fell out of outlet when replugged caused overhead light to flicker. Slept little scared of electrical issue. (front BR same wall as door) Beds could be more comfortable and yard really needs some love.Door on way to picnic table is curling up and rotting. On the plus my husband loved the huge TV and location was great for activities we had planned.Also best priced VRBO we have used to date. Thanks
