Such a very small & tight space but yet so cozy and really felt like “home”. Perfect for a couple and 1 child. We enjoyed every bit of it! Would recommend to everyone else, other than parking is pretty tight if you have a bigger vehicle but no issues since there is street parking, close to a lot of stores and restaurants, loved it 3.

Perfect Getaway

Great property! It was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was perfect and centrally located to all of our activities. Parking in the alley can be a bit tight if you are driving a truck, but there is plenty of street parking. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Cozy Place

The Euro Cottage was such a cozy, clean and relaxing place. It was perfect for our little family. Had everything we needed. Great location not located far from many of the main attractions of Colorado Springs. Our time here was perfect.

Perfect cottage in great location!

Very clean, stocked with everything we needed for a quick stay in Colorado Springs. Fenced yard was perfect for our canine travel mate! Cottage was in a great location, easy to get to lots of great Springs sites. Would definitely look to stay here again, and while we only stayed 1 night, would definitely stay here for long weekend/extended visit.

Unit was small and a bit tight, which was fine—except for the shower, which was extremely tiny. There was one window A/C unit in the dining area. We stayed during 90-degree days, so it ran on high constantly and was very loud—especially since it sat right next to the couch facing the TV. We had to turn the volume way up to watch movies. The couch was an uncomfortable fold-out with three cushions, and the sides sank toward the middle. There was no airflow in the bedroom. We found a floor fan, but it was broken; thankfully we had our USB camp fans. The bed was comfortable. There was no dishwasher, which was a bummer. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, but we made do. The grill was broken—we tried to fix it, but there was a major issue with the valves, and only the side burner worked. The bathroom smelled damp the entire stay after the first shower. Leaving the exhaust fan on didn’t help. There were only two bath towels. The dryer dial was very high; we had to use our camp step stool just to see the settings. There was no laundry detergent, but it was nice to have a working washer and dryer. The floor was vacuumed but not steam cleaned; we kept our shoes on because of that. The back door would only stay closed if the deadbolt was locked, and we also had to duck to get in and out. It was nice having a parking spot in the rear right next to the unit. Also, the unit was part of a duplex and shared a wall with another unit—I don’t think that was mentioned in the listing.

Nice place, nice people who own it, but the toilet was broken, (we had to lift the lid to flush the toilet), the outside chairs were broken, and the fire pit was out of propane.

Good for location

Property was nice. I didn’t know the central AC wasn’t working, they did supply a window AC unit but it did get hot especially in the bedroom. One set of us slept in the bedroom and the other had to sleep on the couch and air mattress as the pullout couch bed was super uncomfortable. We didn’t get to sit around in the chairs out back because they were not durable enough and the toilet was so hard to flush. Not sure if it was stuck or something? Other than those small potatoes, the property was a great location in the central of CO Springs, and the owners were super communicative. Property was super clean. The complimentary snacks were a plus as well! Will use the company to stay again just maybe not the property for 4 people. Thank you!!!

Euro Cottage Colorado Springs

We loved the location. I loved walking to Switchback coffee! Just a couple things that could help are: More visible signs at night for the cottage. We had a hard time finding it and someone was going to the cottage next door and tried to get into our cottage. It was a bit alarming. Also I think you should fix the dryer. I noticed its been broken for at least 3 months. I expected to be able to do laundry. The couch was very uncomfortable. The last thing is if you are tall this cottage may not work for you. We are tall and we had duck all weekend. We probably will not pick this property next time.
