This Historic Duplex is filled with Love and Happy Memories, and you will feel It right when you arrive! I have cared for it my entire life since I was a child going to the private school a few blocks away, watering 18 citrus trees after school. 4 of the original trees remain, along with a fifth baby Rio Red Texas Grapefruit that I planted!. Thinking of adding a Meyer Lemon and a Lime tree too!

You are entering in to an inviting, calm, and private home, whom guests have asked to rent on a long term stay.
