Come visit this beautiful Ocean View townhouse here at Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club. Nestled in the south corner of the building, this unit features east and south facing windows in the living room and master bedroom which allow views of the ocean from 2 different angles. Completely upgraded, this unit features tile flooring on the first floor and carpet upstairs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, large flat bar top area and tall cabinets for plenty of storage. The living room features a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating for everyone. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed along with 2 large windows that allow for plenty of natural light to enter the room. A wall mounted tv and plenty of room for clothing rounds out this master bedroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed for plenty of sleeping room along with a west facing window for natural lighting. The master bathroom contains a large walk in shower and upgraded flooring and vanity while he guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo and upgraded vanity and flooring.

Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

Loved the condo and updated finishes. Only negative was the gym. Very inadequate for even a basic workout and very old equipment. Otherwise a great experience.
