Set on expansive grounds with sweeping views of the mountains and city below, this home accommodates up to 8 guests across two bedrooms and a private casita with two additional beds.



The architecture tells its own story, with warm wood ceilings, stone walls, and floor-to-ceiling glass that dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape. Inside, curated mid-century furnishings and original art create a living space that feels both collected and intentional. Outside, terraced desert gardens, towering saguaro cacti, mature palms, and sculptural boulders frame a heated pool and multiple lounge areas designed for long, unhurried days under the Palm Springs sun. A covered pergola with valley views offers the perfect vantage point for sunset.
