Elevator access for easy loading/unloading of your belongings. Large deck spans the length of the condo with amazing water views. Deck access through the living room and primary bedroom. Unit 1A is next to the pool. Extra amenities include a grill on the deck and washer/dryer in unit available for guest use. NO pets allowed. NO boat slip available.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the A/C up to 78° or the heat down to 60° upon leaving. Follow the instructions in the renters binder to turn the hot water heater off and the water off upon leaving.
