The house is very nice, would be great with a large group. First impressions are big and the front entry deck needs some tender loving care, example… deck gate broke and deck needs to be stained or painted. Inside the house is spacious and well stocked especially the kitchen.2nd floor deck is nice to sit out on and relax. Great that it is dog friendly.

The gate has some damage that appears to be from a dog or possibly a bear, and we’re planning to have it replaced this month. The front deck has seen some wear from snow shoveling over the last few winters and we’re planning to have it looking better in the spring. Thank you again for your feedback. I can't speak more highly of this magical place! The views from every angle were breathtaking, and the wildlife sightings were non-stop. The kitchen had everything we needed and was large enough to never have an issue with space. The host was responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. We made a lot of memories in this gorgeous cabin, and we can't wait to book it again.

Fantastic getaway

Stayed at this beautiful home while visiting family in the area. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The entire place was beautiful, well appointed, had every amenity, and was safe and secure.. the peace and quiet amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in divide

Girls trip!

This property is amazing! The location is perfect if you are looking to get away and relax in the mountains, but still close to local attractions. I am a resident of Colorado and this place exceeded my expectations. Jerry was so responsive and answered all our questions. We will be coming back for sure!

This home is beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including lots of spices, a great variety of pots and pans, a kitchen aid mixer, crock pot and about anything you would need. All the bedrooms had king size beds that were very comfortable. The spa bathroom on the lower level is wonderful and lots of extras are in all the baths like toothbrushes, tooth paste, hand lotion and other extras. The location is remote and if you are lucky you might see a deer or two. We would definitely stay there again.

Luxury Mountain Chateau

Sunset Grove was a dreamy getaway with friends and family members. Gourmet stocked kitchen, fun-filled game room, cozy living rooms, relaxing bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms, all in a picturesque mountain landscape with endless views! Already thinking about a return visit to this location!

Great Family Rental

This place is great for a family vacation. This is the first VRBO that had everything. Plenty of room. Nice quiet environment. Plenty of games for the family and the kitchen items. Also the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Great house for a family group

The kitchen is one of the best equipped and supplied that I've experienced. The rooms are lovely and there's a good indoor play area for children. The location is totally private and quiet. Activities for kids--easy hiking, Cave of the Winds, the Colorado Springs zoo, and a dinosaur museum are within an hour's drive or closer. Jerry is a great host.

Once in a lifetime experience

This huge house in the mountains was the coolest house we’ve ever stayed at. Jerry was a terrific host. He rapidly responded to any questions or requests. The house was extremely clean. It felt like a luxury resort. I can’t say enough good thing. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need for a fun filled relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the game room and the fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for all. Home and views were beautiful. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, crockpot, cookware, coffee pot, ice machine, utensils, plates, cups.etc. - they had it all and very nice quality! All rooms had king beds which were very comfortable. We all raved about how well we slept! You can’t go wrong with booking this home for your next vacation!!

A Chef's Dream!

This home was so well stocked, every kitchen item you could need to cook for a crowd! The home is decorated beautifully and has so much space! The game room was a great place to play and laugh together. Plenty of bathrooms and washer & dryer on 2 levels! The views are stunning and there is more than ample parking.

This place was so much better than we expected. Jerry, the host, was super responsive, the property had everything you would need including a fully stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, blender, food processor, etc). There was so much space, beautiful fireplaces, soaking tubs and a game room. Bonus office made working simple. If you are looking at the place- kk just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Woodsy Getaway

This home has EVERYTHING that you need to enjoy your vacation. There is nothing that you would need to enjoy this property that the host has not already provided. He is OUTSTANDING. He responds quickly to any request. Our girls weekend here was AWESOME.

Best rental ever

This was truly one of, if not the best rental houses I’ve ever stayed at, and everyone in our group agreed. The beds are comfortable with ample pillows, there’s robes and soft towels, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There’s a toy chest and games and puzzles, and the hot tub is lovely. It’s on a dead end dirt road so very quiet and surrounded by trees. Check in and out were uncomplicated and the host answered questions quickly. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing

We’ve rented our fair share of VRBOs, and Sunset Grove is by far the most wonderful! The views are stunning; the home is massive and welcoming. It literally has everything you could possibly need. We truly felt at home our entire stay. It was remote and peaceful- exactly what we were looking for. We’re already talking about going back and taking our family. Jerry was wonderful and accommodating. It was truly a perfect experience. The only downside is that we had to leave!

Iowa friends vacation

The house is very private. House is well equipped, do not need to bring anything. All the beds were very comfortable. Enough room to be with everyone or could be off by yourself. Enjoying time on the decks watching the sunset. The house was perfect. We had 8 adults. The owner was very responsive whenever we messaged. Quick response. Thanks
