Better than any motel within 200 miles 5 star ratings from all our guests. Sleeps 12 with Sleeper couch. Brand new Washer and Dryer and laundry supplies free.Theplace is the perfect all in one vacation spot on offroad trails with lake and golf course as well as hiking cross country ski trails small town charm and home cooking just a short 3 mile ride. .Located on 1,400 wooded acres, the villa has miles of cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and sliding. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Mississippi Showboat, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops, Iron World, Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi), Hill Annex Mine, and the Port of Duluth. Hill city family getaway

Perfect spot for the family all beds very comfortable close to the dock and town. Everything you need is there and then some. Book it. You won’t be disappointed we were not. Host answered very quickly to any questions and we will certainly book again

Great Family Accommodations

We were there for a family memorial in Grand Rapids which was a ways from where we spent our days, but the facilities fit our needs and the manager was very thoughtful in making sure stay was fun. We flew in from out of state and being in a functional home-like facility with appliances and supplies made trip less stressful. And, the snacks was nice. thank you, Peggy

Had a wonderful stay. It was close to family and not too far into Grand Rapids. We wish parking was better, only room for one car in front of condo, and had to walk a block to the parking lot. Not ideal for families with young children.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was good; close to lake and golf course. ATV trails were good as well. One suggestion would be to provide covers for pans for cooking in the kitchen, a can opener, and supply of ketchup. Overall, I would recommend this VBRO to others as a great place to spent some quality time with family or friends.

Fall Wheelin Weekend

We stayed here for its proximity to the trail system. Property was very clean upon arrival! The pictures are exactly what you’ll see when you open the door. They have games for family/adult fun which which led to a lot of laughs for us in the evening. Doyle was very responsive and a great host. I had the opportunity to meet him in person prior to checkout, and had great conversation. We will return for our annual trip next year.

Hill City Wedding

Check in was simple, code worked perfect. Beds slept well. Our 4-yr-old grandson loved the loft and wanted to spend lots of time there! The little goodie basket were an awesome touch. Parking was a bit tight, because of all the ATV's, but we figured it out and all was well. Thanks again for a great stay. Nancy
