Nestled at the beginning of Waikiki, this unit features ac, smart tv, wifi and cable a short walk from Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center.

This partially remodeled studio offers ocean and pool views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.

This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off when we arrived I didn’t have any instructions on how to get into the room. There is no cleaning service available to freshen towels or replenish anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the place was good walking distance to shop's,beach,bus stop,and restaurants. Checking in was a little harder as we didn't get a email about our check in until the day we arrived,if we would of known earlier would of make things easier for us as we travel from overseas. Everything was good about the apartment, but the only down fall for us about the apartment was the showers bathroom. Shower was old need a new one and for people that a ftom overseas first time i think there should be instructions about how to turn on the showers as it was old can't see which side was cold or hot,but other than that everything was alright.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well-located studio, close to beaches and restaurants. It has a pool, gym, and jacuzzi. Near Walmart, Don Quijote, and Target. You can do everything on foot. There are car and motorcycle rental companies at the front desk, so don't rent anything at the airport; you'll find better deals at the building's front desk. Great space, I will definitely return.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was just fine but the amount of dust under the AC unit and in general actually made my Asthma flare up. There’s also mold in the shower appliance that is kinda gross. The floors in the bathroom were dirty in the corners. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable
