A charming guest house offers kitchen, living room with smart TV, bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with a veranda featuring stunning 360° views of old Hollywood. In the back of the guesthouse, there is a private garden with a table and umbrella and a stretching/meditation area. There is an automated security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. Laundry facility is also available.
What makes this property unique
At the footsteps of famous Griffith Park with hiking trails and the Observatory, you will find this beautifully restored 1920s Spanish guesthouse, boasting all the glamor of old Hollywood with all the amenities of modern living. This exclusive hilltop location offers views of the L.A. skyline and Hollywood, just minutes from everything L.A. has to offer. The guest house is walking distance to Metro station, Hollywood Boulevard, and bus lines. Strict Covid-19 cleaning protocols are followed.
An exterior staircase brings you up to the second-floor landing. The second floor features the living room with a desk/work area, kitchen, and bathroom. An additional, narrow staircase leads up to the 360° veranda that wraps around the third-floor bedroom and offers views of Los Feliz Hills and Los Angeles. The bedroom includes an additional convertible stand-up desk. There is a laundry facility and back patio on the ground floor. LA County recycling program in place. This guest house is not recommended for anyone who has issues with narrow stairs.
