large quiet home near beach. plenty of space and can accomidate handicap. Smart tv's in all rooms. plenty of eating areas lovely fenced in lit up park like yard. Also not far from amenities in area. take a nice walk down the street to the beach and have a picnic, beach has bench and shade.

Good location, quiet neighborhood.

The house was big enough to host a large family. The neighborhood was quiet. We did the best we could with our situation. We did had some hiccups. We weren't able to check in at 4pm due to "cleaning crew" (whom we believe is also the owners), still cleaning. We had no AC the first night and didn't cool correctly the rest of our stay, insects in the home, backyard/front yard needed TLC. The entire house definitely needs some TLC and some good cleaning. We ended up needing to clean the bathrooms and sweep/mop the entire house. It is a 2 story house. The closets were dirty, trash inside them, test strips, wine coolers, socks. Needless to say we didnt use them. There are 2 cameras inside that the "cleaning crew" told us were there in case of break-ins or a fire in the kitchen, but also saw a couple outside as well. The owner did do his best to remedy the issues. This was our first VRBO stay ever and didnt know what to expect.
