code for pool and beach was incorrect on document. my son was caught on the beach and could not get out until someone came by. wifi was not correct on the document. had to call office on both. maintenance next door (hammering, hammerchiseling) was bothersome on wed and th. all day. ok otherwise.

Awesome location, great building, but room for improvement.

Ramsgate Harbour is a great complex right on the ocean. The pool and beach accessibility was very nice to have. It is also in a great location - just 5 minutes from Rosemary/Seaside area and 15 from Pier Park. The condo has a great open layout with nice bedrooms and a great view. However, the tv and "cable box" are extremely old. They really need to put a smart tv in this unit (or a roku stick at the least). The dishwasher doesn't work. We ended up having to handwash everything. This was annoying. The lack of amenities provided was also frustrating. No hand soap provided, awful quality paper towels, toilet paper, no salt/pepper/cooking oil provided. All minor things that added up to give us a bad feel. We were also sent the wrong wifi code which was another hurdle we didn't enjoy. It was clear to us that this is an awesome property that Panhandle Getaways hasn't invested much in. Looks like they just want to do the minimum to get this unit rented out. Overall, we would highly recommend going to Ramsgate Harbour, but we would not recommend using Panhandle Getaways unless improvements/investmens were made to the unit.
