Ideally located just outside the hotel/tourist district in an authentic Puerto Rican neighbourhood, you are only 15–20 minutes from SJU Airport, beaches, Plaza Las Américas, Mall of San Juan, T-Mobile District, restaurants, museums and theatres, and about 40 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. Enjoy the best of Puerto Rico by day, then return to a peaceful home where everyone can relax, gather and make memories together.

✵ Main Living Area: Comfortable gathering space with two extra-capacity A/C units.

✵ Kitchen & Dining: Newly renovated and fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils and more. The oversized marble dining table seats up to 10 - perfect for family meals and game nights.

✵ Half Bath: Conveniently located on the main level.

✵ Living Room: Upscale sectional, tables and Smart TV. Bring your Amazon Firestick and personal Netflix/Hulu passwords.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy the entire property except two upstairs closets, the carport storage room and the outdoor pool/maintenance storage room. Guest laundry is not provided. Several laundromats are 6–8 minutes away and listed in the home's Guidebook.

Our bilingual (Spanish/English) Co-Host is available when needed.

The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a calm residential community. The paved, illuminated street and gated property provide a peaceful setting at the top of the hill with panoramic views.

LOCATION & THINGS TO DO
Beaches including Playa La Posita de Piñones, Playa Isla Verde and Carolina Public Beach are about 20 minutes away. A major 24-hour grocery store is within walking distance. The Mall of San Juan is about 10 minutes away, while Outlet 66 Mall is about 20 minutes away. Restaurants, stores, pharmacies and banks are nearby.

Explore El Yunque Rainforest and its waterfalls, or enjoy hiking, swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, horseback riding, ziplining, cave exploring, bird watching, live music, and more.

Experience Puerto Rico's culture and history at Casa BACARDÍ and the Puerto Rico Museum of Art.

At Hillside Oasis, nature is part of the experience. You may hear birds, the familiar song of the native coquí, and occasionally see lizards or insects. Because this is an authentic residential community, you may also occasionally hear a neighbourhood dog or rooster. These are normal parts of local island life and are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT HOUSE NOTES
Keep windows closed to help keep the home cool and keep bugs out.
Events and parties are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 9; extra guests require prior Host approval.
Pets are not permitted.
No loud music; quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Smoking, marijuana and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No BBQ grill is provided.
Pool rules are strictly enforced.
No washer/dryer is currently available. Nearby laundromats are listed in the Guidebook.
By booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the House Rules and Additional Rules.

HOUSE RULES

Reservations must be made by an adult 25 or older.

The Primary Booker must provide a copy of a clear, unredacted, unmodified, unexpired, and valid government-issued Driver's License (with current physical address) from the Primary Guest immediately after booking.

The VRBO profile name must exactly match the government-issued ID. If the ID is not received within 24 hours or the names do not match, the Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Only registered guests may enter the property. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination without refund and a $250 fee.

Review the listing's Cancellation Policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We do not provide refunds or discounts for adverse weather, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations, or other circumstances beyond the Host's control.

Please check out on time. Same-day arrivals may require our cleaning team to begin immediately. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and a minimum $60 fee.

SMOKING/ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana and vaping, and illegal drug use are prohibited. Evidence may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fee.

PETS: Pets are prohibited due to severe staff allergies. Evidence of a pet may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fee.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Outdoor cameras are located at the front, sides and rear of the home and point outward toward the property/yard. All are operational. Disconnecting, covering, readjusting or obstructing cameras may result in immediate termination without refund and a $250 fee.

WI-FI: Do not touch, disconnect or relocate the Internet router or other Wi-Fi-enabled devices. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and a $250 fee.

STREAMING: Guests are responsible for logging out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

POWER/WATER/INTERNET: Temporary outages can occasionally occur in Puerto Rico and are generally beyond the Host's control. No refunds or discounts will be provided for such outages.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The Host may occasionally need access for inspections, maintenance, security-camera repairs, pool/yard service or emergencies. When reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided. The Host reserves the right to access the property when necessary, with or without prior notice.

POOL SAFETY
Pool is closed after 10 PM every night - no exceptions.

No lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
Maximum depth is 6 ft. 6 in. Non-swimmers must not enter without appropriate supervision/life jacket.
An adult must supervise children at all times.
No diving, running, pushing or rough play.
No glass or food in/around the pool.
Do not jump from the waterfall feature.
Use the emergency life preserver only in an emergency.
Guests must allow access for scheduled weekly pool maintenance.
Non-toilet-trained children must wear properly fitted disposable swim pants.
Anyone experiencing diarrhea may not use the pool.
Rinse sand/dirt from beaches or trails before swimming; a hose is located beside the house.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
Flush toilet paper only. Never flush baby wipes, makeup wipes, flushable" wipes, paper towels or feminine products.

Lost/missing remote controls or keys: $50 each.

Turn off A/C units and lights when leaving the property. Keep the home clean, remove garbage to the outdoor black bins, and wash dishes after cooking.

Guests may not use the property in a manner that violates laws or ordinances, creates a nuisance, disturbs neighbours, or interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of the community.

The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to guests' personal belongings occurring on or around the property, including the pool.
