We had a wonderful time celebrating a bachelorette party. The property was great - good for a group. Lots of stairs so unsure for kids but great for adults! Pool space was wonderful and communication was great! Highly recommend!

Our host and property manager were outstanding. The house was WAY better than it looked in photos and the view was outstanding. They were able to coordinate taxis for our group of 10 and were incredibly responsive. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking.

Incredible and simple

House manager made everything easy. Chef was affordable and excellent. Views, communal space, cleanliness, were top notch. Fair amount of construction happening during the day in the area.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. It is laid out perfectly for a large group, plenty of space for both gathering and privacy. The house is located on a quiet street and the views are absolutely spectacular. Our concierge Dario was amazing. He helped us make dinner reservations, secured a private yacht to take us whale watching, and arranged for a chef to make us dinner at the house one night. A housekeeper came daily and she was lovely. We will definitely be back!

Better than the pictures

This property was beautiful upon arrival and departing. The property manager was helpful with setting up chef, answering questions, transportation and more. The two master bedrooms/baths were a plus and beautiful. The cleaning lady came daily like a hotel and even did dishes. Amazing view! The experience was great! The only downside is the jet tubs in master bath didn’t plug up or hers stay on and the jacuzzi heater was broken. Still 5 stars because they communicated it couldn’t be fixed on holiday weekend. Will definitely be coming back!

Unforgettable weekend.

Our group of 12 had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning house in Cabo. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by the beauty and elegance of the property. Every corner of the house was meticulously designed and perfectly maintained, creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. The house manager and their team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. They were not only extremely accommodating but also genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. They coordinated transportation for our group, arranged a private chef who prepared delicious meals, and even took care of grocery shopping so we could fully enjoy our time. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, with a daily cleaning service that ensured everything was spotless and well-organized. It was such a relief to come back from our adventures each day to a perfectly clean and welcoming space. Overall, our stay exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a luxurious and hassle-free getaway in Cabo, this house is an absolute gem. We can't recommend it enough!

Good Villa for Large Parties

As someone who has stayed at numerous Pedregal properties, I can attest that this one is nice. Not the best -- but nice. Members of our large party loved the location, layout and living areas. The only downside was in the area of maintenance. The screen door of the first-floor master was broken and barred access to the outside balcony. We asked the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to make the repair. Also, the pool was leaking into a downstairs bedroom, which resulted in mold. It was not a new problem, as an area of the ceiling was so soft that a finger was poked through it. When we asked the property manager to look at it, he simply wiped away the mold and said the problem could not be fixed during our stay -- so we dealt with the mold. It was disappointing.
