Your perfect vacation awaits you at our beautiful Farmhouse style Lakefront home right on Lake Hamilton. Our home is nestled in a quiet cove on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. With 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths, a game room, serene porch overlooking the lake, backyard lake access and private dock, our spacious home is ready for fun in the sun. Perfect year round: hot tub, just minutes away from boat rentals, Downtown Hot Springs and all that Hot Springs offers, let our home host your vacation!

This new, modern Farmhouse style Lake Home holds 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This house is two stories, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms downstairs, along with the kitchen, living room, and dining rooms.

Upstairs is two more bedrooms, a hallway bathroom, and a large game room with a pool table. The other 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom are upstairs, along with the large game room, a wet bar, and large entertainment setup, all overlooking the lake.

The entry from the garage encompasses a mud room with plentiful storage for clothes, shoes, and groceries. Our house is setup with a washer and dryer in this room as well for all of your laundry needs.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your vacation. It has all stainless steel appliances, glasses, dishes and cutlery, marble countertops, a large farm sink on an island with a bar top, beautiful cabinetry and lighting, a Keurig coffee machine, and open floor plan to the dining and living rooms.

The living and dining rooms are right off of the kitchen. The living room features plentiful and comfy seating for all, a fireplace, and large smartTV for entertainment.

Off of our living room is the spacious porch. On the porch, there is plentiful seating for all to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the water. We have a propane grill outside as well. From the porch, you can walk down to the dock and to the water`s edge.

Guests have access to our private boat dock in the backyard. There is a boat slip for you to park your boat or boat rental, along with a space to tie up, relax, and swim on the dock. Our house is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable Highway US70 of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this house, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Guests will have the entire property to themselves. This includes the driveway, parking/garage, entire house, backyard, and dock/lake area. There is a small cottage near the house on the property that we rent separately from this space as well. If guests were to be staying in the cottage during the same time the house is booked, you would not be disturbed or bothered. It is a one bedroom cottage for two people.

We are ready to assist guests` every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. The house`s neighborhood is a safe, quiet neighborhood located just minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer. Entertainment and attractions such as Bathhouse Row, Downtown Hot Springs, Garvan Woodland Gardens are all just minutes away! Our house is located in an ideal quiet cove on Lake Hamilton, just off of the main canal. The neighborhood not only offers prime lake access, but the house is also on a no outlet road, making it a quiet place for play and privacy. No where else can such a serene, safe, centrally located, and fun neighborhood be found with accommodations for all!

Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Guests have 1 garage parking space at the house with room for three additional cars to park. The house is on a dead-end road, so the road is quiet and allows for privacy and play.

There is a separate cottage on the property with a full bedroom/bath and kitchen and living area that is a separate rental as well.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY. NO PETS are allowed in this unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NO-PET POLICY. If any damages occur to the property or if any excess cleaning is needed, your card will be charged accordingly.
