The primary bedroom, located on the lower level, offers white cottage-style furnishings, a king-sized bed, and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom has access to a full hall bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The lofted bedroom upstairs, which can be closed off for privacy with rustic sliding barn doors, also features a king-sized bed and a flatscreen TV. An additional bedroom, connected to a full hall bathroom with a tub-shower combo, houses two twin beds, making it ideal for kids or young adults.

Location and Nearby Attractions:

This prime Crystal Beach location is just minutes from popular gulf front restaurants, beach bars, and grocery stores such as Publix, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, and Super Walmart. *Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
