This 2BR/2BA condo was recently updated and has everything you need! Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout 🍔🔥🌭and a tennis court🎾 (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. It's also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

The decor was lovely, great balony views, updated kitchen, walk-in shower in the master. We really enjoyed the grill area, private hot tub & pool, private access to the beach.

Family beach trip

The condo is older but has been tastefully remodeled. The hallways and elevators are a bit dreary in that they are a bit stuffy, and you can smell others' cooking. The elevators work well and get you to your floor quickly.I had a parking spot on the second floor of the garage. To get into the building there was a door with a security code at the foot of a short set of stairs or an L-shaped ramp. To get a cart from your vehicle to the second floor, you have to use the ramp. There is an aluminum wedge at the bottom of the ramp that is not anchored down. My cart got its wheels hung up when the wedge slipped forward. I was traveling solo and had a very hard time keeping the door open after entering the code as the cart was just out of reach. That was very frustrating and got me off on the wrong foot right away. I got to my room and entered the code and was able to get my things in without further issues. The next day I headed for the beach. Barefoot Beach Service, Inc., had already set up chairs and umbrellas along the edge of the wet water mark which they did every morning. They sit so close to each other that it was hard to get through without getting the stink eye from the patrons renting the chairs. I complained to a man at the condo, but he said the condo has nothing to do with it, that it is the vendor. The vendor said it was the condo who makes the decision to inconvenience us mere mortals. Oddly, they are the same entity. I have way more to tell.
