Huge house with central Air and Heat , 9 rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Build in 2010 and Renovated in 2024. Very spacious for large families or big groups.
Two story entry hallway. Huge living room with smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with island and island chars. Dining area. The master bedroom has king and twin beds. It comes with its own bathroom and jacuzzi. Another 3 bedrooms on the second floor has 2 queen and 3 twin beds. The den on the first floor has queen and twin beds. Adults and kids will enjoy the game room with a pool table. 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 full bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Communication with the host, how organized and clean the place was. This place is beautiful and offers a lot of amenities and toys for children to play. The space was perfect for our family. It was cozy, simple and well maintained. We are already to return during summer to enjoy all the community amenities and activities they offer during that season. When we went there, each bed had blankets ask when you book to ensure these are still there. I would suggest you bring small towels for the bathroom. We had a great time during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with our family. The house was spotless, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved spending our mornings in the front yard and enjoying dinners out on the deck. The Arrowhead Lake community was such a bonus—with its beaches, pools, and tennis courts, there was plenty to do without even leaving the property. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to any requests, which made the experience even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful weekend away. Enjoyed the pool and other activities the community provided. The house provided the perfect spot! Inviting, clean, and taken care of. Owner responded to all questions and was very helpful during the booking/check-in and out process.

However, communication from the host was a major issue. The day before our stay, the host messaged asking how many cars we would have and expected an immediate response, despite it being during work hours and with our group traveling from multiple states. We were told we “didn’t have time to figure it out,” which was frustrating. This also turned out to involve an additional fee that was not clearly or obviously stated upfront.After that message, there was essentially zero communication for the remainder of the stay.There were several maintenance and comfort concerns. The smoke alarm appeared to be broken. The house makes frequent settling noises, which may be normal but was noticeable. Heating took over two hours to warm the house, and the upstairs became significantly hotter than the downstairs. The pool table was located in the garage, which was unexpected.Basic supplies were lacking. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels provided. No towels were supplied, and there were no instructions left regarding what to do with bedding at checkout. Some kitchen items were quite worn and have seen better days.Trash removal was inconvenient. We had to load trash into our car and drive it to the main building, where we waited in a long line. The location itself was not ideal, roughly 25 minutes from most nearby activities or destinations.The pizza recommendation from the host was fair, but overall the stay did not meet expectations.

It was good

The afternoon before check in I got a text asking for a Zelle deposit of 148.00 and to fill out the registration that she sent me. I couldn’t find the registration!( I am not savvy with on line payments)I thought I was paid in full! So I was so upset and spent my whole afternoon/evening trying to figure that out. Finally my daughter helped me. Also you have to go to the community office to get your gate card with each driver’s license and registration. The house sleeps up to 15 pp I think it said. We had 13. Forget getting a nice hot shower, hardly a stream of water. Smoke detector missing from the ceiling in the living room. 2 pool sticks that were old and broken. That was very deceiving, I thought in the picture it was a basement but it’s in the garage with all kinds of stuff everywhere, couldn’t even sit at the so called bar. Master bathroom has huge window without a blind or curtain (2 visible houses in sight) table was in the living room area but no light overhead. I hate to put all negative stuff here but The best thing was we did get to share the weekend with our children and grandchildren! The house itself was nice

We are very upset to hear such review. We are working hard to make our guests feel comfortable. We never had any problem with the water. You should call us and we would send plumber to fix an issue. We have shades in our master bedroom. Sorry you did not see. Play room was full of different stuff for guests . Beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, toys for kids, pool table. I am sorry that you did not communicate about your needs. We have a plenty of lights in the dining- family rooms. Under fire place, on the sealing, and plenty spotlights.

Great weekend getaway with kids

This was a great rental right in the heart of the Poconos ! We were three families with a total of 7 kids under 7 and this house really worked out well for us plus it was walking distance to beaches and pools and a quick drive to some easy waterfall hikes. The house was clean and BIG! Very spacious for 13 people! Would definitely stay here again!!
