On the third floor is a Primary suite with a spacious sized bedroom with private sundeck, ensuite bathroom with oversized soaking tub. The backyard is expansive and offers great green space for family games. This property has a wonderful private boardwalk from the backyard through the dunes allowing direct access to the beach.

NOTE: There is an easement between 2508 Palm and 2600 Palm Blvd (along the right side of the property) where the public can walk between the 2 properties and through the dunes to the beach. The easement between the two properties, is marked by post along the right edge of the property, this is a public access.
