Plenty of space for our family of 6. Host had a very organized set of recommendations and activities and even updated based on any current events happening around our stay. Was very responsive when we had any questions are wanted a specific recommendation. The beach view was great, not crowded or loud just a great place for us to relax with the family.

Amazing house and location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location in Wild Dunes was beautiful and the house is fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and sent a great list of things to do, recommendations of places to go and eat, which was all super helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and in a great location but needs some love and attention. Communication with Michael was wonderful. He was quick to respond and also quick to try and find solutions to issues. The wooden steps leading to the upstairs bedrooms are broken, there was mold in the shower in the hallway bathroom upstairs. The temperature stayed around 77 regardless of what the thermostat was set at. Although Michael did have someone to come out to check it. I believe with the back of the house being windows with no window coverings (shades or curtains), it didn't have a chance to cool. There was a large number of insects in the master bedroom upstairs, that was later identified as migdens. Michael did have someone to come out to spray and offered us to move to a different property. We visited the other property, but decided to stay, as it was not a property I would have chosen for my family. As you can see from the photos, the property needs some attention and a thorough cleaning. We appreciate the prompt attention of Michael!

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we fell short. I am very sorry for the maintenance and housekeeping concerns you experienced during your visit. Since your stay, we have addressed the stair repairs, scheduled additional deep cleaning attention, and continued working with our HVAC and pest control vendors regarding the issues you encountered. Living on a barrier island surrounded by marsh can occasionally bring seasonal no-see-ums/midges, especially during certain weather patterns, but we certainly understand how frustrating that can be while on vacation. When concerns arise, our goal is always to respond quickly and do everything possible to make things right for our guests, including offering alternative accommodations when appropriate. I appreciate your acknowledgment of those efforts. This home is in a wonderful location within Wild Dunes, and we are committed to making sure the property receives the care and attention it deserves moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both the home and the guest experience.
