"THE CRESCENT" - Lakefront heaven w/ big views, sunset, private cove & hot tub

Welcome to "The Crescent," our heavenly haven on Lake Wedowee!
Every aspect of The Crescent has been lovingly curated to cultivate R&R of mind, body, and spirit, making it the perfect escape and place to reconnect with friends, family, and nature. Located in a quiet neighborhood (*no disruptive parties allowed*), this 5-bedroom home boasts a large covered deck with big water views, spectacular sunsets, a 7-person hot tub, and a lakeside gazebo and dock on a private cove!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the large, covered deck overlooking the lake. A gently-sloping path leads to the water, where you can fish from the dock, float in the cove, or venture forth on our paddleboards to explore miles of undeveloped coastline. Read a book, take a nap, or watch the sun set and the moon rise from the queen-size, hanging bed swing in the lakeside "Lunar Lounge." If boating is your thing, rent a pontoon from nearby Wedowee Marina South, or launch your own boat from the neighboring public boat ramp and tie up right at our dock. After a full day of playing on the lake, gather around the 9-foot farm table for cards and board games, then head to the firepit to grill smores. Just steps away beckons the outdoor hot tub with beautiful lake views, where you can submerge and stargaze the night away.

The main level of the home consists of an open family room with a large sectional, 9-foot farm table, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bath, and 2 guest bedrooms served by a separate guest bathroom. The family room opens to a 2-story covered deck with a comfortable seating area and amazing views of the lake. In the back den there is another large sectional and 75" smart TV. The basement includes a large seating area and a smart TV, bar/kitchenette with a separate refrigerator, 2 additional guest bedrooms that sleep 6 people each, 1 full guest bathroom, and a washer and dryer. On the lower deck is a patio overlooking the lake, outdoor grill and smoker, and a private, outdoor shower and 7-person hot tub! A paved path to the lake passes a large fire pit and leads to the "Lunar Lounge," where the hanging bed invites you to while the days and the nights away. In front of the Lunar Lounge is a lakefront grassy space, perfect for laying out and playing about. (3) paddleboards are provided for you to explore. The 2-boat slip dock is the perfect place to fish to your heart's content.

Please note the House Rules: no disruptive parties allowed. Quiet time begins at 10 pm and noise monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance.
