Wonderful location. Lots of room and well stocked. No AC but, plenty of fans. Lots of games but, pieces are missing. No complaints, was a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Estes Park. The home had plenty of space to spread out and the views of Estes Park were great off of the deck.
Our group really enjoyed staying here! The house was located very close to numerous shops/restaurants/bars that made it easy to do anything we wanted to while in town. The house was perfect for our group, with the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, and the comfy living space. We would definitely stay here again!
We love staying at this home. It is so conveniently located to our favorite places (The Barrel, Full Throttle Saloon & Rockcut Brewery). So much space and room for all to enjoy. Can't wait to plan our next adventure! As always, thank you for sharing your home for our family to make memories.
This house had all the amenities we could have asked for including a porch to sit and have coffee with a view of the mountains and a spacious living area and large dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. Walking distance to the center of Estes Park was wonderful.
We rented this lovely home for a visit with our kids and grandkids from Ohio. It was a really nice home, with lots of space to spread out for everyone. The location was great, and it was nice to be able to walk into town! The home was well stocked for cooking, and we used the large deck with the view of the Stanley every night! Highly recommend this rental.
Just a great property that is well maintained, conveniently located a block off downtown, well appointed with kitchen supplies and linens, and a wonderful deck that we thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on. Very quiet neighborhood as well, we slept with the windows open each night and never heard anything but the morning birds. We will definitively stay at this property again.
Beautiful Home Within Walking Distance to Downtown
Our family enjoyed our stay at Indian Paintbrush. We were surprised at how close the house is to downtown. The view overlooking the town is amazing. We loved all the deer in the neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and comfy. We would definitely recommend.
Our family takes an annual vacation, and this year we chose Colorado. We spent part of it in Estes Park and RMNP. This home was a perfect location for walking into town and also for its close proximity to the national park. It was perfect for our family, beautifully decorated while maintaining its homey feeling. There is a lovely deck overlooking the town with beautiful views of the mountains beyond. House was well appointed and very clean. We highly recommend!
We rented this for a family destination wedding. We had 2 families there, one on each floor. The place was roomy and nice, we especially lived the large deck. Overall we were very happy with the home, it worked perfectly for us!

We came to Estes for a wedding and needed a large house for several people. Indian Paintbrush rental was everything we needed/expected and more. Check in was easy and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The house was really clean and plenty of linens weee provided. Lots of space to spread out, games, magazines, etc for entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and eat. We saw deer in the yard daily. Location was perfect, we walked to downtown several times. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!
This location was perfect for a small group of adult women to walk straight down into town to bars, restaurants and shopping after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The house was clean, the check in and check out procedure was relatively simple and the house was very roomy and clean. The porch had great views of the mountains and Estes (and the Stanley!) and contained all the necessary amenities. We will definitely rent again when and if we return to stay at Estes. Our only recommendations for improvement are an improvement in pillow quality and moving to direct check in via a lockbox, rather than picking up keys at an office.
Wedding Stay for Family/ No reimbursement for stressful events/property manager inconvenienced
The home was beautiful and in a fantastic location with walking access down the hill to downtown and eating establishments. It had a lovely deck and several inside areas for gathering. The house experienced a leak the 2nd evening while we were gone. We called the emergency number as soon as we found the water soaking the mattress downstairs. People staying in that bedroom relocated to a futon. We were happy the house came equipped with this extra sleeping area. We moved the mattress into the garage and tried to take care of the home as best we could, as if it were our own, putting several pans from the kitchen underneath the ceiling where it was leaking. Because it was the day of my son‘s wedding, and many showers, etc. needed to happen for our wedding party of eight, I called at 8:27 AM having heard nothing since the night before. The man on the other end was not too happy with me from his tone and repeated statements that he was going to get up at 8:30 AM and call the plumber. The plumber did come and ran many tests. He thought we had the problem solved so we turned back on the water, as it was off all the night before. However, it again started leaking. The day of the wedding, around lunchtime, the property manager, offered a three bedroom home, stating there was not a four bedroom available. However, since we were all showering/using the bathrooms in the basement, and the time was short until the time we needed to report for the wedding/short beds, we could not.
Stayed here for a long weekend. We had adults and two young children. This house was by far the most well-equipped in the kitchen we've ever stayed in, which was huge for us. Lots of use out of the crockpot and utensils! 😀 The home had so much room and the location was within walking distance of our three favorite places (The Barrel, Rockcut Brewing and Full Throttle Grill). We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Other than having to pick up & drop off the keys it was great. Very cool house! We had a issue w the oven not cooking at temp properly. I own a appliance repair company & I’m pretty sure the oven needs a new igniter.
We just loved our stay. Very spacious, amazing location with great access to downtown Estes Park. The layout was awesome and the home came with everything we possibly could have needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again and recommend!
Only complaint is there are a lot of stairs but the house is huge. We saw deer or elk everyday, my granddaughter loved climbing on the rocks in front yard and playing with the childs kitchen set. location is great we could just walk to town to avoid the parking nightmare on a busy Estes weekend. very relaxing atmosphere!
House was very nice and spacious. We had 7 adults staying there and never felt crowded. Clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Deck is amazing with plenty of chairs and great views. About two blocks to winery, outdoor bar called The Barrel, and new Full Throttle bar grill. We walked to downtown shops so never had to worry about parking. Would stay there again!
