Clean, quiet and easy!

Had a wonderful visit to Bentonville, much of it was due to our stay here. The house was clean, the bedrooms were nice sized and comfy. It was just like the photos. The location for us, in a nice quiet area with easy access to any key places to go. Our experience was so pleasant we’re already talking about coming back.

Arkansas adoption journey

We booked this property for our stay in Arkansas during our adoption process with our new daughter. Host was so special, very kind, understanding and perfect at communication! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Close to the interstate and the perfect location for any surrounding areas. I can’t say enough great things about our host or our stay! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed staying at the residence! It was clean and accommodating for our short stay and in a great central location. The only recommendations we have are to stock the bathrooms with hand towels (there was none when we arrived but we located them in the laundry room). Additionally, the kitchen table was moved when we arrived (pushed against wall) and it looked like it was not put back to the original spot after cleaning. Neither of these things impacted the quality of the stay but are just things we noticed.

The house was pretty clean. Yard was not mowed. Garage was not available for use. The owner left a nice welcome basket for us. It was within biking distance of downtown Bentonville. We’d definitely stay again!

Brooke I’m sorry the yard wasn’t mowed when you arrived. With all the rain we had been having the lawn guy was running behind. Also the garage isn’t listed as being available in my listing. It is used for storage. I’m sorry if you didn’t notice that when you booked it originally. As far as the lock goes it has been changed more times than imaginable. I do hope you will find your way back here again and hopefully the yard will look pristine this time!!

Our place when a friend got married.

Easy to get to from Highway 49. Had all that we needed. Clean and nice. Comfortable beds. We are two adults. There is a third room with double beds that we didn't use.
