This was a great central location! It was very clean and the host thought of all the things we could potentially need (water jug, shampoo/ conditioner, extra towels, etc). Gorgeous neighborhood as well!

Absolute gem! We had a lovely stay at the carriage house. Walking distance to the village where you can find everything you need. Close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. We will be back.

Book this apartment! It's even more adorable in person. Very clean with cute decor -- the beds and linens so comfy. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Great communication with host too. We'd love to stay here next time in area.

This is a very cute little apartment over a garage. Clean and had every amenity you would need. It is located in the perfect place for walking to Starbucks for morning coffee or even King Kullen if need be. We walked all the way over the bridge and back for a great 6 mile walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an awesome stay! Bed and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils. Very peaceful upstairs location. Grocery store and amazing restaurants are within walking distance; I highly recommend Francescas for pizza and Italian food. Easy to get to a central to many of the Hamptons sites. Property owner was great, super friendly.

Perfect location to bike to beach and along Dune Road. Apartment was nicely furnished, clean and very well kept. Kitchen was well appointed, bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect Hampton Bays place for a couple

Jodie and Ron have a casita behind their house. Well equipped, with a very comfortable bed, super clean, and a short walk to town and a short drive to the beach. Perfect for a couple—and Jodie and Ron are excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Cozy place in a great location
