A great spot for a large group. We had 6 adults and everyone was able to have their own bedroom (with a real bed!) and still plenty of communal space for cooking, eating, hanging out.Also, this is a fantastic location, particularly if you're visiting Case Western. Easy walk to the north side of the campus or to any number of museums in that area (e.g. Natural History Museum). And not a bad walk down to Euclid or even Little Italy if you want to head there for a mail and avoid driving/parking.

The place was very nice. House is old but very clean. The kitchen was in good shape and everything worked. There are 3 bathrooms but none on the main floor. That might be the only draw back. There are a lot of stairs which may not be suitable for elderly people. The neighborhood was good. Nice people. Close to downtown.We were there for work and stayed 20 days. It met our needs and I would stay there again.

Comfortable space, beds, linens towels and pillows. An additional full bathroom in the basement that wasn’t in the original description. Clean. Great kitchen amenities with everything our group of 7 needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was very responsive. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this property

Clean house in historical Cleveland

This property was very clean and fun for our family. We enjoyed the historical neighborhood, and it was close to almost all of our destinations (zoo, science center, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, aquarium). This house was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly.

Bernie was an easy host to communicate with. The place was clean. This is a good house for larger families. It has enough bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a long dinner table and I really like that there were extra chairs stacked in the corner. Small desks in bedrooms so folks were nice so folks could work on laptops. Good wifi. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Some of the houses were a bit run down, but that wouldn't deter me from staying here. Very easy proximity to Case Western, Italian town, and cemetery with Garfield memorial and Wade Chapel. I recommend visitors listen to the fascinating docent stories at both places. You'll have to help senior up the front stairs since there's no rail. Also, there's no bathroom on the ground floor, but the stairs to 2nd floor are manageable and there is a rail inside. It's a good value rental, and I would come back.

PERFECT PLACE!

This rental met and exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were first-rate, the location was ideal [we wanted to be within a healthy walk to University of Pennsylvania; there was also a trolley line], and there was a marvelous park nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was very eclectic. As a bonus, we had to adjust our accommodations at the last minute due to a family medical emergency, and both the host and the property manager went above and beyond to be considerate and adaptive to our needs. I would give this place my highest recommendation.
