Spacious home in good neighborhood

This was a great place and my group really enjoyed our stay. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and only 20 minutes or less from all of Ft. Lauderdale's best attractions. The pool was very clean and provided an awesome area to hang out and chill. The beds were comfy and clean. We enjoyed the fact there was a portable cooler for use which we borrowed and took to the beach. Our group even donated a couple foldable beach chairs for future guests to use. It's advertised as the ability to sleep 10 but realistically sleeps 8 in beds (if you double up). 10 guests only if you wanted to use the couch space available. The host was very responsive and communicated well. No complaints and would highly recommend this VRBO home to anyone looking in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was a few bugs in house and it needs to have more towels. The pool wasn’t cleaned when we got there but the owner made sure to let us know the pool guy would be there first thing in morning and he was. I wasn’t to crazy with the house location

Nice place

This is a nice property in a safe neighborhood. There were some maintenance issues, including broken faucets, broken pool table, a burnt out light bulb, missing bath tub plug and a few other minor issues. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance was acceptable. The host made good faith efforts to resolve some issues and was reasonably responsive. With some improvements, this property could be a gem.

Great pool

We really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the AC was on and the inside felt great. The pool was amazing and the house had all that you need for a comfortable stay. We had a minor issue but the owner was quick to resolve. The owner was very nice and attentive. My only suggestion would be to have more beach chairs, towels and other items. It is possible that it was a the house and we just didn’t see it. I highly recommend this house. Great experience! June 24- July 8
