We had an absolutely lovely stay despite the historically “bad” weather for skiing the end of March/beginning of April. The condo worked perfectly for our group of 6 (2 couples and 2 kids)! The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was amazingly stocked with tools we needed to cook. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

What a great place to stay!! Location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery/ski rentals/lifts. Can also catch the free bus. Very close to Park City downtown. This property is in an excellent location! The space and layout is fantastic. Loved having a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Decor and carpet could be updated, but not a major concern during our stay.

We had a great stay over Christmas at this condo. Very spacious. Extensive kitchen supplies for cooking and preparing meals. Host was very helpful when we had an issue with the gas fireplace and immediately sent someone to fix. Hot tub was well taken care of with a service provided halfway through our stay. Minor concerns that would not affect us rebooking included a dryer that did not work (no heating element), well-worn carpets that had some staining, and some areas that could use a little more cleaning attention. Overall we had a good stay, all bedrooms and beds were comfortable, unit was stocked with enough paper towels and toilet paper for the length of stay, and hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive.

As soon as the guest notified us that the dryer was not drying, we notified the appliance tech and she came out with a part and repaired it. There was one small stain on the hall carpet, and we have contracted a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets upstairs. We are happy that the guest had a good time and wants to come back and stay with us.

I hope you were able to use the free bus that stops right out front of the complex. It takes you in one stop to the resort center and also to Main Street Everyone loves the convenience and ease of this free service There are also stores right across the street to buy food and coffee as well as full service restaurants on the corner and two top ski shops within walking distance This condo is in a great location and loved by guests

They are fortunate to have their daughter, husband and two adorable grandchildren living and working in Park City.
