Spring Break in Hocking
Cabin was easy to find and was nice and felt nice and secluded even with a neighbor just down the hill. Super easy to access the cabin and was cleaned up nice. Our boys were most excited about the loft space that was just for them! Location was maybe a bit farther from things than I anticipated but going anywhere in the area was 20-30 min due to the hills and curvy roads. Overall, was a nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay and would be back.

Girls Weekend
Upon arriving the check-in process went accordingly. The cabin felt very home-like, cozy, and decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had four people staying in this cabin and it was very spacious. The children loved the loft beds and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Views were beautiful and very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked. Through email, Beth was informative about what we needed to bring and what they accomadated. My bedroom was on the bottom floor by the hot tub. Upon waking up our last morning, people who slept on the first and loft level said they were awaken around 3:00am to what sounded like two loud bangs on the kitchen window door. They were unsure to get up and check knowing this door is the only door with no curtain/blinds however has a motion detector light. They both confirmed that the banging was so loud it rattled the kitchen window above the sink. They laid in bed waiting to see if anything else happened to which nothing else did. I reached out to Beth immediately via text message, "Good morning Beth, Just wanted to let you know that there was loud banging last night that the majority of our group heard around 3am coming from the kitchen door. Do you by chance have cameras by this door? Overall, our stay was relaxing!" To which Beth responded with, "No we do not have any cameras." As I'm sure you can imagine, we will find another cabin in Hocking Hills area to host our annual girls getaway next year.

Beautiful family retreat
The cabin was cozy and was just right for a family getaway to Hocking Hills Stare Park. Things to know: 1. It was very clean and spacious! You can tell it is loved by the family who rents it. My 2 dogs loved it as well as my family! The downstairs smelled a little musty but my son was fine staying in the bedroom down there. 2. The outside hot tub was perfect and clean. Worked wonderfully no problems! Fits 4-5 people comfortably. 3. The driveway was straight up. I mean straight up. My husbands Ford Superduty had trouble making it up the steep hill! Be careful! 4. No condiments in the fridge, no papertowels, no sugar, no firewood for outside pit.No Keurig, just a regular coffee pot. Remember to bring these items! 5. Its about 25-30 min from all of the Hocking Hills main attractions. The drive was scenic so no problem with that! Lots of breweries, wineries, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. All in all a great weekend getaway. Thanks!
