This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home, Sea Turtle Villa, is your perfect island getaway. Unwind in style with high-end furnishings, original art, and ample space for up to 12 guests.

Just a 2-minute walk (2 blocks!) from the beautiful East Beach, enjoy the convenience of sinking your toes in the sand after a short stroll. Imagine relaxing on the private rooftop, soaking in the ocean views and refreshing sea breeze.

This vacation home is one of two flats in the Sea Turtle Villa Building. The guests have access to the complete 2nd Floor. In addition to the living space, your unit has an attached private patio appended to the far end of the flat. Your unit has its own private garage that accommodates two cars, plus additional off-street parking for two more vehicles, Your unit has its own dedicated elevator, and a private attached patio. A two-level rooftop that includes a lookout tower with views of the ocean is available on the top floor.

Come to Sea Turtle Villa for your one-of-a-kind beach vacation. Bring your family and friends. Whether you're coming for the Island Beach, Golf Tournament, or Golden Isles exploration this is your Vacation Home. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the home to accommodate your online needs.

Bring your fishing poles, kayak, hoverboard, and bikes. You can put these all to go use here.

This condo was absolutely amazing!! Well furnished, very clean. Kitchen was huge w everything you needed to cook. The rooftop was awesome. Also close access to a lot of places. You could walk to the beach as well as several restaurants & only about 15 minute walk to the village & pier! Would definitely come back here & stay. Highly recommend, also loved the fact he had chairs, umbrellas & even two carts to carry your stuff to the beach!!

Very easy walk to the beach and nicely equipped with beach equipment/buggie. Elevator very helpful with coming and going with luggage, groceries, etc. Large rooms very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have two cars in garage it’s tandem parking. Host very responsive as well.

We loved your property listing when we stayed there for our family vacation. We had a total of 9, 10 with a small baby. The layout and flow of the property worked well for us. The residence was nestled in the middle of many different venues or close to where we went. Not having to drive everywhere was nice. Beach access was a must for us and didn't disappoint! We appreciated our host working with us so well on our parking situation as we had family friends stop by during the trip. We would definitely stay again in the future! Some things to consider for a larger family staying in the future.A bigger fridge/freezer. We brought more food that we probably needed for our week's stay. Some things ended up staying in coolers, which me made work.Basic cleaning supplies to help with upkeep. Cleaning spray or disinfecting wipes, a mop, etc would be appreciated. We had a broom, dustpan, dish soap, dishwasher stuff and paper towels. Additional kitchen ware or adding to items already there. Storage containers and things of that nature.

Second time at this property

We stayed here last Labor Day weekend with our boys cross country team and it worked out so well that we decided to return. We had 10 boys along with my wife and me. The house is clean, quiet, just a short walk to the beach and accommodates our large group perfectly.

A few benefits we enjoyed not emphasized on the listing are: Plenty of parking spaces (we had 3 cars) The beach is spacious and not too crowded, even on the weekend The neighborhood is quiet and not a lot of traffic noise The keyless access is nice (no fumbling with keys at the beach) Outdoor shower to rinse off and hose to clean your stuff Even sandcastle building tools and a beach cart you can borrow! What’s not to like? All & all, a great stay.
