The screened in porch has furniture ( dining table for 4 & chaise lounger)and a grill in the yard . Three A/C UNITS: IN EACH BEDROOM & Main Floor. Walk To Everything! (less than a mile away!) Great in-town Vineyard Haven location, but in a very quiet neighborhood, no traffic. Walk to shops and restaurants on quaint Main Street. Walk to ferry., harbor/ marina,and bike path...all 3/4 of a mile away...! There are three stand-up fans and also a ceiling fan in the kitchen. .Ideal home for people who like to be near everything.Screened porch leads to a new large, private, hot-water outdoor shower. Wonderful stay in very peaceful setting. Loved the sunroom and yard. The home is in a great location near Vinyard Haven as well as only a short drive to OB.

We really enjoyed our time at this amazing property! The house was exactly as described and in an amazing location. The decorations added charm and the beds were so comfortable! The hosts were so gracious and provided all the stuff to start off and were extremely helpful with recommendations and communication throughout our trip! We ended up traveling around the island a lot, so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we hoped, but it was such a peaceful and beautiful way to start our day. 10/10 recommend and look forward to trying to stay here again for our trip next year!

The house was adorable, extremely clean, well-supplied with soaps and necessary paper items to start the week. It was perfectly comfortable with use of AC on hotter days. It was a pleasant 20-minute walk to town as stated in the description. And the sun room was an additional bonus that we enjoyed every day. We loved our stay at this residence. Thank you.

This was our first stay over on the Vineyard and I can’t say enough about how great this property was! Annette was an amazing host; checking in but also giving us space for our vacation. (Also the check in/out process was easy.) Being pet friendly was a HUGE plus, with huge yard to play and to explore. The kitchen was cute with a lot of room to cook as we decided to eat in after the beach.

Perfect charming Vineyard cottage! Lovely screened in porch. Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Close to the museum and walk to Vineyard Haven center. Best part is we brought the dog!!! Hope to return again.

Cozy, clean and very Vineyard! All you need is here for the MV experience from casual easy living, complete with visiting turkeys! An easy walk to the lovely MV Museum or town of Vineyard Haven for food or shopping. Our second time staying here and we had a great time!

quaint and cute cottage in great location

I stayed here with my family in June and had a wonderful stay! Excellent location near downtown Vineyard Haven, but nestled back on a quiet street. The owners were great with communication and the place was clean and tidy on arrival. The outdoor shower and screened in porch were a plus!

Amazing stay!

Stayed with a friend and our pups.Couldn’t have been a more amazing house/location. Cutest house, great layout, huge yard, and the host checked in and gave us great tips. We had a car and were close to everything including town and the beach. This was the perfect house for this vacation. 100% would recommend and would stay here again!

This particular home has been my favorite of all my rentals so far - great home, great location, the owner and property manager were easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The home is much larger than it appears in the photos and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven. I found back roads to get to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs which was a lifesaver as the third week of August is CRAZY busy. I hope to stay here again next time I make it to the island.

Cute, cozy, private getaway!

If you are looking for a private getaway that's walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven then this is the place for you. We loved the screened in porch, outdoor shower, and expansive yard. Property manager and owner were friendly and helpful. Definitely booking again for next year!

Hidden Gem

We had a great long weekend at this rental. The house is set back, private, very clean and had everything we needed. The owner and agent were so attentive and helpful, probably the best we have ever dealt when renting. We definitely will look to rent here again!!!

A fabulous vacation!

This cottage is a gem! Nestled in a private spot in busy Vineyard Haven it was charming! Pridtine, lots of light, verywell maintained and everything you needed. And a lovely out door shower!! Couldnt ask for more!

What a gem!

This place is even better in person. Truly a Martha's Vineyard gem and we had a blast. Private and nestled on a large lot, this home was perfect for us! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Loved this property and location. Quiet setting and close to ferry. Even though we only spent a few evenings hanging at the house the we were happy to have the beautiful back porch to eat dinner on and play games. We all enjoyed the big outdoor shower and it helped us to get ready in half the time. Wonderful communication throughout the whole booking and vacation process. Our only recommendation would be some more comfortable furniture for sitting after long days at the beach and sightseeing would be welcome! We would definitely book again.
