1850 Farmhouse with 7 bedrooms & 8 bathrooms - Eastwood Hill
The three story front facade, complete with 2 wrap around porches was constructed in 1900. The original back cottage which adjoins the facade dates back to 1847. There is a large entertaining deck which surrounds a 300 year old oak tree. The entire property is nestled in the hill country yet conveniently only 3 minutes to downtown San Marcos and 10 minutes to the Outlet malls. Your stay also includes a newly constructed outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
