Beautiful property, spacious house, plenty of bedrooms with comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The front and back porches were the highlight of the stay. Weather didn't permit swimming, too bad because the pool area was inviting and serene.Would stay again if we are ever in the area again.

We LOVED this ranch! I rented this property for a wedding up by lake ray roberts. It fit our group of 18 great! It was a wonderful house, the girl cousins loved the bunk room, the chickens wondering around were so fun, the pool was awesome. We hope to visit again thank you!!

Our stay was great. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that I think if there were doors on the bedrooms it would be much better. The pool was great and seeing the farm animals was a plus! Also, the tour of the barn, was great!

If you’re looking for lots of sleeping space, this is the place. If you’re looking for cleanliness and nicer accommodations find another place. Carpets are terribly dirty, tile floors are very dirty, brick floors are in a very poor state. Kitchen drawers that have no bottom, a coffe pot that started smoking on day 3 and turned itself off, an antique trash compactor, dirty glassware, chipped and cracked coffee cups - the list is endless. Outside is STUNNING!! Inside is dark and dirty.

Ellen was super responsive and helpful during the booking and check-in process! The property is beautiful, it was so fun to watch the chickens and horses while hanging out around the pool. The house was great, our group really enjoyed our stay!

Ranch house

We had family from Germany, California, Alaska, Florida, all under one roof to celebrate my oldest son’s wedding in Aubrey! This ranch was amazing and we were able to have many family dinners outside and nights in the pool! This ranch gave the best Texas vibe and experience! The owners helped us out so much and would highly recommend you stay here

Family Gathering

We had an 80th birthday celebration for my father-in-law who lives in Plano. We selected to stay a little outside of the suburbs and loved our stay at the crossroads. The quiet property was so enjoyable. We sat on the patio, gathered inside for games and eating, used the pool, and toured the animals with Ellen. The morning jogs along the country roads were pleasant. The day at Lewisville Lake - Cottonwood Creek Park was a blast. The house was great for our needs.
