Make your way inside this grand home where you are greeted with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, soft comfortable furnishings, and stunning custom windows that capture the surrounding beauty of this expansive estate.

Relax in the bright, sun-filled living area with plush sofas that surround the warm, inviting fireplace and large wall-mounted Smart TV- the perfect place for a family evening or a romantic night.

Cook up a decadent breakfast through to a three-course meal within the gourmet chef’s kitchen that comes fully equipped with sleek granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances that make cooking a true pleasure. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, built-in microwave and oven, a coffee maker, built-in wine storage, a seamless cooktop, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals in the grand dining room or up in the kitchen with a table set for six. On a warm day, open up the glass doors off the kitchen and step out onto the huge upper balcony, where you can eat alfresco style under the shady veranda.

There are five generous bedrooms within the home, with three offering large luxurious King beds, the fourth offering a queen bed, all topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home. The fifth bedroom offers 2 bunk beds for the kids to relax.

The master bedroom features a wall of windows that fill the room with light, where you can lay back on the day bed overlooking the yard and get lost in a good book. Off the master is the lavish ensuite with his and hers vanity, a luxe jacuzzi, and a modern walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms are filled with king beds, the fourth with a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms, offer Jack and Jane bathrooms. The third and fourth bedroom offers access to the front balcony via the two French doors. The fifth bedroom, which is accessible through the second bedroom, is a kid's room with 2 Bunk Beds and a TV for entertainment.

Step down into the stylish recreation room that is perfect for entertaining, with exposed brick and beautiful windows overlooking the sprawling yard. Here you can play pool, shuffleboard, or sit up at the bar-style table while having a drink or two with friends while listening to music over the overhead speakers.

Guests have private access to the entire lake house (excluding the barn) as well as free Wi-Fi**, free parking, complimentary coffee, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

All the common areas of the house are equipped with a centralized music system to deliver the music of your liking, from Jazz to Today's top hits. Fire up the Spotify on your phone to play your favorite tune inside and out.

The Lake is the prime place for wakeboarding, tubing, or sailing with a boat ramp just outside the property making it easy to get on the water. The Lake Ray Roberts Marina complex has everything you can possibly need for a fun day at the lake, and even offers permanent storage for your boat.

Guests can also use ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi, with cars available at all times of the day.

We strive to make sure your time at the lake house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

Things to Note -

1) *We are in the Country, Wildlife and flies such as Bees, Wasps, and Houseflies are very common in the area.

2) **We are on Satellite internet out in the country, based on the weather, Number of users, and time of the day, internet speeds can vary dramatically. The number of users on the Wi-Fi network can also play a factor. The speeds we have are the best we can get in the area. We hope you are here to Soak in the Nature and not the Internet.

3) The Spa is heated and turned on when requested by the guest. We have a limited supply of propane available on the property, and we like to be environmentally friendly and try to minimize burning fossil fuels. Please note: the pool is not heated.
