**Guest Access:**
You'll have access to the entire home! Early check-ins are available upon request. We’ll send you an access code on the morning of your check-in, so you can get settled without hassle.

**Things to Note:**
- While we don’t have direct lake access at the moment, the community is building a new greenbelt with lake access right down the street, set to be ready in 2025!
- There's a **basketball court** at the end of the street, and we’ve provided basketballs at the house for your use.
- All **bedrooms are located upstairs**. The master suite boasts a private walkout balcony with seasonal lake views, as well as an en-suite bathroom.
- Additional bathrooms include one full bath upstairs with a tub, plus a pool bathroom and half-bath downstairs for easy access.


**Nearby Attractions:**
- We’re just **7 minutes from the Lakefront Beach, Hydros Wake Park, The Cove Indoor Waterpark**, and the marina where you can rent boats or jet skis.
- **DFW Airport** is only 25 minutes away, and we’re just 15 minutes from UNT!

Important Pool and Hot Tub Information:
For safety reasons, no diving or glass in or around the pool area. All guests using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk.

BBQ Grill Cleaning Fee:
If you’d like to use the BBQ grill for your cookouts, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee, which will be billed at the end of your stay. Let us know if you plan to use it so we can accommodate!
