Oceanside Four Bedroom Sea Pines Home with a Private Pool & Beach Boardwalk!!
Welcome to 26 Duck Hawk! This four bedroom, four and half bathroom home can sleep up to fourteen guests. The home is located on an oceanside paddle lot in Sea Pines - making it a very easy walk to the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the beach via a private beach boardwalk. The second floor of the home offers ocean views.
**Upcoming Home Updates for 2026** The homeowner will be expanding the property with a planned addition beginning in late 2025 and expected to be completed by spring 2026. This renovation will include two new bedrooms and two additional bathrooms (one bathroom is currently designed as a jack and jill bathroom serving both new bedrooms, and one bathroom is being added to the existing bunk room on the first floor). Final details are still being confirmed with the contractor, and we will update the listing with specific information on bedding and room configurations once plans are finalized. Please note:
• For all 2025 reservations, the home remains as currently listed: 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including the primary suite.
• For 2026 reservations, the home will become a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property. However, the existing primary bedroom will not be available for guest use starting in 2026.

• Distance to Beach: Oceanside home. Approximately 100 yards to the beach from the home via private beach boardwalk that also includes a sitting area over the dunes.
• Pool Info: The private pool at the home is a freeform shaped pool approximately 21’ x 8.5’ and is partially covered. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee..
