There’s just something about this ultra-modern, end-unit townhouse in Sea Haunts (7A) that beckons people to return. Perhaps it’s the ultra-modern, light and airy décor or its close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico’s sparkling sand and azure waters. There’s a private, king bedroom on the first floor to include a full-ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second-floor main living area offers cozy seating for relaxed conversations, TV viewing, or just gazing at the glorious view. Banquette seating in the dining area backs up to the efficient and full-stocked, stainless-steel-appointed kitchen. However, there is also an alfresco dining option on the adjoining balcony. Because of the open concept of this unit, everyone can be included in the exciting activities that always seem to make wonderful vacation memories.

Up the floating staircase on the third floor is the primary king bedroom. It features a large TV and an intimate balcony just perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee as the sun rises. Also on this floor is a queen bunk room. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. One ensuite bathroom has a glassed-in, walk-in shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo.
