A beautiful brand new Townhome within minutes to anything your heart desires! The modern design is welcoming to the eye! Gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, calming bright colors, open floor plan making it feel spacious while backing up to tall trees!The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. White Water Center, Downtown, Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, Theatre, Panther Stadium, Noda, Southend,Quick drive to the mountains, ocean and lakes. The list is endless!


Charlotte is a major city and commercial hub in North Carolina. Its modern city center (Uptown) is home to the Levine Museum of the New South, which explores post–Civil War history in the South, and hands-on science displays at Discovery Place. Uptown is also known for the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which celebrates the sport of auto racing through interactive exhibits and films. If you’re not planning to get tickets to a Panthers game at Bank of America Stadium, a Hornets game at Spectrum Center or a Knights game at BB&T Stadium, then it’s time to make your way to the Epicentre. Imagine an outdoor mall where nearly every store is actually a restaurant, bar, movie theater, bowling alley or other entertainment venue.


Getting around- You can get anywhere you need in a walk or drive. If you drive in we have parking at the Townhome. You can easily access an Uber or Lyft! The LYNX Blue Line light rail has been a game-changer for Charlotteans since its operations began in 2007 with 15 stations linking the south side of Interstate 485 to Uptown. In 2018, the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) added an extension, connecting Uptown to UNC Charlotte and bringing the total south-north route to 18.9 miles with 26 stations, including 11 park-and-ride locations. Navagating the Queen city is a breeze!



A peaceful neighborhood tucked away and surrounded by trees. A brand new development with very clean yards, streets and homes. The property is close to the freeway for easy access to uptown, The White Water Center, Panther Stadium, Airport, Hospitals, Shopping, Dining, Convention Center and much more. Guests can walk to the shopping center 1 minute away to grab a quick bite to eat or grocery shop for their stay.

Stephanie was a wonderful host. The home was well appointed, and there was even a lovely gift of basic toiletries in every room. We were all very comfortable during our stay, and the location was 30 minutes or less from everything we planned to do during our trip. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was very clean when we arrived. Checkout couldn't have been more simple and straightforward. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

We had a last minute travel change and they accommodated us with no problem. Check in process was easy and walking in to nice card with a bottle of my favorite red wine was awesome. Clean and they thought of everything. No need for late nights Target run. Awesome. Thank you.

This property is truly beautiful and in an easy access to everything location! I put a lot of love in decorating and making it vacation ready for any Guest traveling to Charlotte! With it being brand new, bright, vibrant, clean, modern it's one of my favorite places to stay! It is surrounded by big tall trees!

Close to the Airport, Freeways, White Water Center and Downtown! Hop skip and jump to any destination. I love that it is set off the road in a private neighborhood!
