The Space:

This spacious Scottsdale home features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 modern bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for families, bachelor and bachelorette trips, golf getaways, and everything in between. With two large living areas and a private resort-style backyard, there’s room for everyone to relax, gather, and unwind.

Fresh linens, bath towels, makeup towels, and pool towels are provided to ensure a hotel-quality stay from checkin to checkout.

Primary Master Bedroom: King bed with attached bathroom and backyard access

Jr. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with attached bathroom and front patio access

3rd Bedroom: Queen bed

4th Bedroom: Queen bed

5th Bedroom: Full size bunk bed + pullout couch

Please note - the pullout couch may be needed for groups of 14. Airbeds also available if needed.

Step outside to your private oasis featuring a pool, spa, gas fire pit, gas grill, and string lighting—perfect for BBQs, swimming, and evening hangouts. The garage game room adds even more fun with ping pong, air hockey, darts, seating, and a TV.

Pool + Spa Combo: $125/night

Pool only: $100/night

Spa only: $50/night

Please request at least 3 days before arrival. Pool is set to 86° and spa around 101° but can be adjusted to preference.

You will have access to absolutely everything on the property, besides locked owner's closets.



The Neighborhood:

Hy-View is a historic mid-century modern neighborhood in Scottsdale, Arizona which features Papago park and recreational activities such as hiking or the Desert Botanical Garden. This is a quiet neighborhood with fair amount of Scottsdale natives who we aim to respect along the way!



Getting Around:

There is room on the driveway for two vehicles.

There are many restaurant/entertainment options within 15 minute walk.

Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

- Same day move ins shall not be honored after 10am Arizona time.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

- Please use pool and spa at your own risk as no lifeguard is present.

- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please do this outside. Smoking in the house can result in a charge up to $500.

- If Police Department is sent to the house, there will be a minimum charge of $500.

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.

- Do not bring more than the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Additional "visitors" must be approved by the host. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.
