The property was very clean. Both bathrooms could be with being updated as althoughthey were clean they do need renewing. The last week and a half we were unable touse the shower in the main bathroom as there was a problem with the cold water supplywhich had to be turned off. They were waiting for confirmation from the owner that this could be repaired but that did not happen whilst we were there.Also, no-one informed us that there was major painting works going on with the building before we arrived and he host informed us that he had no knowledge of this either before our arrival.

We appreciate your feedback. I’m glad the property was clean, and I’m very sorry for the issues you experienced. A licensed plumber did check the shower but was not able to replicate the problem. We also had no knowledge of the building’s painting project, had we known, we would have informed you ahead of time. We will share your comments with the property owner. Thank you again for letting us know, come see us again!

Dolphin Point Stay

Our unit was very nice. The view was amazing! The place was very clean on arrival and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The people we met here were very pleasant. The location was perfect close to everything, beach, restaurants and downtown Dunedin. We we were very happy with our stay here.
